01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and the management of the rmcuci platform ("Platform", "We", "rmcuci"). This document governs all aspects of platform usage, including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, and communications with rmcuci.

These terms take effect from the moment you first access the rmcuci website, register an account, make a deposit, or use any feature of the platform — whichever occurs earliest. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the rmcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions related to betting activities
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or third party on behalf of others
• Never previously banned or blocked from using the rmcuci platform

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Attempting to register multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of balances pending investigation.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. rmcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, bank statements, and proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and profile changes. This covers actions carried out by any party using your login credentials, whether with or without your knowledge.

Rmcuci strongly recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately

Rmcuci will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, it is a fraudulent attempt and must be reported to us immediately.

04 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Rmcuci supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per transaction
• Deposits are credited to your account in under one minute upon confirmation
• No maximum daily deposit limit, subject to limits set by your bank
• Rmcuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC verification process beforehand
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account registered under the same name as the rmcuci account
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Rmcuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount
• Not all games contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement — please check the game contribution table
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated
• Rmcuci reserves the right to void related bonuses and wins if there is evidence of abuse
• Bonuses have a stated validity period — unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the rmcuci platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body. The outcome of every game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption, server failure, or connectivity issue during an active game, rmcuci will resolve the situation in accordance with the following policy:

• If a wager was accepted prior to the disruption, the game result will be settled once the system recovers
• If a result cannot be determined due to a disruption, the wager will be returned to the player
• Winnings obtained during a confirmed technical disruption may be subject to review

07 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to automate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Intentional exploitation of any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the rmcuci platform infrastructure
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
• Using someone else's credit card or bank account to make a deposit
• Systematic arbitrage betting to manipulate bonuses

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Rmcuci reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failed identity verification or refusal to provide KYC documents
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or system abuse
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies
• No account activity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account)

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the rmcuci support team. All valid remaining funds will be transferred to the player's registered bank account within 5 business days after all relevant investigations have been completed.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, disruptions caused by factors beyond our control — such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure outages, or third-party actions — are exceptions to this guarantee.

Rmcuci is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss.

11 Responsible Gaming
